Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Destinations
We ship from the United Kingdom to the UK, the European Union, and the United States. Delivery estimates: UK 2-4 business days, EU 5-10 business days, US 7-14 business days. These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier and customs.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown before you pay. Any free-shipping threshold, if available, is applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking
All orders ship tracked. Your tracking link is included in the dispatch confirmation email. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders to the EU and US may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Undeliverable or lost parcels
If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the item value. For parcels marked delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.
